The spirit of boldness is the detonator to your faith. You have to believe the Word of God and not doubt.

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.”

Fear is a spirit. Fear is a spiritual thing. So you can’t just throw medication at it, or just talk yourself out of it. Fear is a spirit, and the Bible says that the only way to combat spiritual things is with a spiritual force.

And just getting rid of the fear is not enough- it must be replaced with something else. And that something else? Is the boldness of the Holy Spirit!

You have to learn how to SPEAK to your problem. You need to DECLARE what the Word says over your life and over your circumstances. You must SAY the truth of God’s Word to combat fear. You have to get into the Word in order to receive the impartation of the spirit of boldness to combat fear.

The Bible has everything that you need. Every answer is in the Word of God! If you can’t boldly declare the Word of God because you don’t have it, then it is an open door for fear to come in, and you will end up believing the lies of the enemy. If you want to operate in a spirit of boldness and in great faith, then you need to be in the Word and declare what the Word says over your life.

Every promiseland has a “Goliath”- this is a fight. The Bible calls it the fight of faith. What you’re going through is a battle for your life. The enemy is out to steal, kill, and destroy. And the only way to combat the spirit of fear and the enemy’s plan for your life- is to put on “war paint” in the spirit and fight the good fight of faith! God has given you everything you need for life and godliness. You must boldly declare your expectation, and what you are believing God for- according to what the Word of God says is yours to have!

Along with expectation, there has to be something that is expressed in your words You must speak it boldly.

Acts 4:29 “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word.”

Another word for preaching is “declaring”. You have to boldly declare His word!

Acts 4:30 “Stretch out your hand with healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”

Healing power, miraculous signs and wonders, a supernatural encounter with God? All it takes is boldly declaring the Word of God. You need a spiritual violence!

The determining factor in seeing results in your life is the boldness of the Holy Spirit. You must be saved- you must be a child of God- in order to receive the Holy Spirit.
