Proverbs 22:7 “The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.”

One of the differing views between those who are for Christian Prosperity and those who are not, is the view on dominion. Anti-Prosperity people think that we are here on earth to be stomped on, and that the world is allowed to beat us around and one day we will get rewarded for it in heaven- but no! This is not what the Bible says.

The first command that God gave man- me and you- is to take dominion and subdue the earth, to be fruitful and multiply. We are here to take dominion, and you cannot take dominion without money. Without money your voice will always be small, your message will never be heard, your business will never impact anything, and your life will never impact anyone. God made provision for supernatural wealth to get the job done.

You will never experience supernatural wealth when you’re leaning on people to make things happen. You should never make people aware of your needs. When your confession is “I need”, “I need” over and over again- guess what multiplies in your life? Needs!! If you keep talking “need”- the “need” multiplies! When you speak the blessings of God, the blessings of God multiplies in your life.

Paul said in Philippians 4, “not that I was ever in need”.
Psalm 23:1 (NLT) “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.”

Jeremiah 33:6-9 “‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.  I will bring Judah and Israel back from captivity and will rebuild them as they were before.  I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins of rebellion against me.  Then this city will bring me renown, joy, praise and honor before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it; and they will be in awe and will tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.’”

Notice the three things that are listed there in Jeremiah 33:6-9:
1. I will forgive their sin
2. I will bring them bodily health and a cure
3. I will give them so much prosperity and peace that when the other nations see it they will tremble.

This is what supernatural wealth is- so much prosperity and peace that when other nations see it they will tremble. That is more than God just meeting your needs!

When you reject prosperity, you also reject the other blessings such as health and peace! God’s prosperity does not cause you to go after money, God’s prosperity causes money to go after you! You can walk supernaturally in the unmitigated, unlimited blessing of God- like our father Abraham did, like our father Isaac did, like our father Jacob did, and like our father Joseph did. All of our covenant fathers walked in supernatural wealth.

Health, Wealth, Peace, and Righteousness all go together. You cannot separate them! God said that He would delight in giving you so much prosperity that when the heathen see it, they tremble in awe at how good God is being to you. We pray in Jesus’ Name that from today the world will see what God does for you and your family, that it would provoke a desire in them to know that God. When people see how God has lifted you from where you are now to where you’re going, it will give them a desire to know God the way that you know God.

So what produces supernatural wealth?

1. You have to settle that you serve a real God. Our God is not an idol. Settle that he is a real God, who can provide for you without the help of any man.

Genesis 17:1 “When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, “I am God Almighty; walk before me faithfully and be blameless.”

In the Hebrew here it says “I am El Shaddai”. He is the God of more than enough! He is the all sufficient One!

Genesis 17:2-8 “And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” Then Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying: “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations.  No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations. I will make you exceedingly fruitful; and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come from you.  And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you.  Also I give to you and your descendants after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.”

God never changes! The Bible is not a book of arbitrary promises- but rather it is a book of covenant! There are promises and we have responsibilities if we want to have them. There are terms to the covenant to obey!

1 Kings 17:1-4 “Now Elijah, who was from Tishbe in Gilead, told King Ahab, ‘As surely as the Lord, the God of Israel, lives—the God I serve—there will be no dew or rain during the next few years until I give the word!’ Then the Lord said to Elijah, ‘Go to the east and hide by Kerith Brook, near where it enters the Jordan River.  Drink from the brook and eat what the ravens bring you, for I have commanded them to bring you food.’ So Elijah did as the Lord told him and camped beside Kerith Brook, east of the Jordan.  The ravens brought him bread and meat each morning and evening, and he drank from the brook.”

God can provide for you without the help of any man. God can sustain you supernaturally. He uses people, but if people won’t do it, it will not hinder God’s provision whatsoever.

2. God is a covenant God, and you have a responsibility.

3. Understand your responsibility. What is the thing I must do that procures supernatural wealth- abundant wealth and riches. Not upper middle class, but the kind of wealth where nations fear you. That’s God’s will for not just one or two families- that’s His will for ALL of His children!

So what is your responsibility?

2 Corinthians 9:6 “But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.  So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.As it is written:

“He has dispersed abroad,
He has given to the poor;
His righteousness endures forever.”

Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God.”

Enriched in ALL things. That doesn’t mean enriched except in money, or enriched except in houses. Enriched in ALL things. All things means ALL THINGS!

God increases riches to be used for His glory and the good of man. The Bible there tells you how to access supernatural wealth. Supernatural giving provides supernatural wealth- there is no way around this. Supernatural giving is the answer. God is looking to ENRICH you not just SUPPLY you.

The Bible is written to everybody. This is for you! God did not create man to struggle. It’s very simple- you can’t live big until you start giving big. If you want to be a big liver, be a big giver.
